The platform invests capital in multifamily assets in urban areas focused on higher density living, generating outsized risk-adjusted returns historically superior to its asset class.

Brooklyn is home to young professionals, families, student, interns, and artists because of the unique culture that it presents. Our locations are all in select Brooklyn neighborhoods with nearby public transportation, entertainment, shopping, dining and creative coffee shops.

Fully furnished, all inclusive, shared spaces with weekly cleanings.
Everything is included in a flat fee: utilities, WiFi, furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies and other essentials needed upon moving into a new place.
All our spaces have outdoor, furnished rooftop decks as well as indoor lounges for work and play.
All you need to bring is your suitcase. The process is simple – Tenants fill in an application, have a brief interview, grab their suitcase and move in!
